The 2018 Nepal Empowerment Project application is now open!

​

It will be the seventh time for Impact For Peace to send HKU students to developing countries for a community improvement project. In summer 2017, we went to Nepal for the third time and continued to empower children and women living in underprivileged conditions. This project has been done in collaboration with Future Village (FV), a Nepal-based non-profit organization. We are happy to announce that we will go back to FV this summer to continue what we have done!

 

Nepal Empowerment Project 2018

Date: 01/06/2018 - 01/07/2018
Cost: $7,500 (including air tickets, accommodation and three meals per day in future village; subject to the subsidy from CEDARS)

For better preparing for the service trip, a series of 4 pre-trip workshops will be arranged for the participants:
